Note: Please ensure you provide at least 5 days notice before rescheduling a lesson, as per our reschedule, pause and cancellation policy. Group lessons can only be cancelled at the end of term.
Note: If you would like to cancel lessons for a period of time and then resume lessons (for instance going on holidays, etc), process a pause instead.
For Parents and Students
We hope that we've helped you achieve your goals and we're sorry to see you go. Follow these steps below if you would like to cancel all future lessons at LearnEd for a specific lesson arrangement with a tutor.
1. Login to the portal at https://portal.learned.au
If it's your first time signing up, select Create Account
Ensure you use the same email you receive your LearnEd communications from.
2. Find the lesson arrangement and cancel
Select Schedule from the menu bar
Scroll to Tutoring Arrangements and find the lesson arrangement you want to cancel. Note: you may have multiple arrangements if you have multiple students, multiple tutors or subjects.
Select End Lessons and complete the form to submit your cancellation request
Our team will then process your cancellation request and inform your assigned tutor.
Note:
Repeat the process if you wish to cancel any other tutoring arrangements.
