Note: If you would like to cancel lessons for a period of time and then resume lessons (for instance going on holidays, etc), process a pause instead.
We're sorry to see you go. Follow these steps if you would like to cancel all future lessons at LearnEd.
1. Login to the portal
If it's your first time signing up, select "Create Account"
Ensure you use the same email you receive your LearnEd communications from when creating your account to ensure your records are linked by our system
2. Find the lesson arrangement and cancel
Select "Schedule" from the menu bar
Scroll to "Weekly Schedule" and find the lesson arrangement you want to cancel
Select "End Lessons" and complete the form
Our team will then process your cancellation request and inform your assigned tutor.
