Account owners, parents and self managed students can provide feedback through the LearnEd portal.
There are two ways to leave feedback on your tutor's profile:
Feedback after each lesson
Feedback when you end or cancel your lesson arrangement with your tutor.
Please be honest with your feedback as this will be provided to your tutor and shown on their public profile. We'll use your feedback including star rating to prioritise your tutor for students in the future.
Lesson Feedback
Click on Reports and recordings
Navigate to the lesson that you would like to leave feedback for
Complete the form including star rating and comments for the tutor.
Cancellation Feedback
On the cancellation form, you will be asked to provide feedback for your tutor.
