For parents and students
To request to make changes to your regular weekly lesson schedule complete the following:
Log into the portal at https://portal.learned.au
Scroll down to the heading Tutoring Arrangements
Click Edit Schedule
Enter your new weekly lesson times for the class and the start date that you would like this change to take place
Submit Request
Your tutor will then receive your request and approve the changes
For tutors
Log into the portal at https://tutors.learned.au
On the left hand side menu select Lessons, then Lesson Assignments
Select the Lesson Assignment card you wish to edit the schedule for
In the top right corner of the card, click Update time
Enter your new weekly lesson times and the start date that you would like this change to take place
Your lessons will then automatically update. You can check your calendar on the home screen.
